The short version.

These terms cover this website and the tea party and custom cake requests sent through it. Orders placed online go through Toast, and Toast’s own terms apply to those.

Tea party requests

• Sending the form is a request, not a confirmed booking. It stays pending until we confirm it with you.
• Tea parties are for 2 to 12 guests, with seatings at 11:00, 11:30 and 12:00 on the Tea Tuesday dates shown in the form. The seatings are staggered start times, so everyone’s food comes out fresh. Please send your request at least 24 hours ahead. For larger groups or other events, call us.
• Tea parties start at $21.50 per person. Gluten-free options are $5 more per person. Kids are welcome at the same price. Prices can change; the price we confirm with you is the one that applies.
• There’s no deposit and nothing to pay ahead.

Confirmation

• We review every request and let you know whether we can host it. If we can, we’ll call the number you gave to go over the details. If we can’t, we’ll let you know.
• Your table is confirmed only once we’ve confirmed it with you.

Changes and cancellations

• To change or cancel, call us at (307) 285-4461 as early as you can.
• There’s no cancellation fee. If your plans change, please call us as early as you can.

• TODO Late arrivals: how long a table is held, and whether a seating has a time limit.
• If we ever have to cancel a confirmed tea party, we’ll contact you as soon as possible and help you choose another date.

Custom cake requests

• Sending the cake form is a request, not an order. Your cake is not confirmed until we contact you.
• Custom cakes start at $40. The price depends on the cake, and we’ll go over it with you when we call.

Allergies and dietary needs

• Tell us about allergies and dietary needs in the notes of your request, and remind us when you arrive.
• TODO Allergen statement: whether gluten-free items are prepared in a shared kitchen and what the bakery can and can’t promise.

• Menu items, prices and hours on this site can change. Please call if something matters to your visit.
• The photos and the Bakehouse & Co. logo belong to Bakehouse & Co. Please ask before using them.
• How we handle what you send us is explained in our privacy notice.
• We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
